At Aven Apparel, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.
- Items must have all original tags and packaging.
- Items purchased on sale or during promotions are eligible for return.

Return Process:

2. Provide your order number, reason for return (should be valid), and preferred refund method.


Refund Options:

- Full refund to original payment method.
- Exchange for a different size is possible


Refund Timeline:

- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

Exceptions:

- Items damaged or altered after delivery are non-returnable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
